The Fraternal Farm belongs to several brothers and their families who work on it collectively.  They practice organic farming, without the use of chemical fertilizers.  Their farm grows strawberries and pineapples, and there is a pond for farm-raised fish.  There is also a kitchen that serves local foods and a small rest house.  Visitors can, if they like, pick for themselves what they want.  There are plans to eventually produce cream, as well as grow coffee and various kinds of organic herbs.

It is noteworthy that Jenin and its area provide a suitable environment for this type of agriculture.  For example, pineapples require the type of heat and moisture found here, do not require much care, and do not need intensive irrigation like other crops.  Especially in light of the area’s shortage of water, this is a sustainable and responsible practice.  The pond water provides a habitat to raise fish, whose waste can then be used to irrigate the pineapple seedlings—thus reducing the cost of irrigation and fertilizers, and doing away with the need for chemical fertilizers.

تعود مزرعة الأخوة لعدد من الإخوة وعائلاتهم يعملون بها معا بجهود مشتركة وتعمل على الزراعة العضوية أي بدون أي أسمدة كيماوية. وتنتج الفراولة والأناناس ولديهم بركة مياه لتربية اسماك الطعام وهناك مطبخ شعبي للمأكولات الشعبية واستراحة صغيرة وبإمكان الزائر قطف احتياجاته بنفسه من المنتجات ولديهم مخططات لزراعة القهوة والقشطة إضافة إلى كافة أنواع الورقيات العضوية.
يشار إلى أن جنين ومنطقتها تمثل مناخًا مناسباً لهذا النوع من الزراعة، فمثلا الأناناس يحتاج حرارة ورطوبة، وهما متوفران، كما أنه لا يحتاج الى الكثير من العناية، إضافة إلى انه لا يحتاج مياها للري كبقية الزراعات، وعليه فيعتبر زراعة جيدة، خاصة في ظل نقص مياه الري في تلك المنطقة. يتم الاعتماد على السماد الطبيعي، وليس الكيماويات، وعلى بركة لتربية الأسماك في المزرعة بمياهها ومخلفاتها لري أشتال الأناناس، ما يعني انخفاض تكلفة الري والأسمدة.
