Naim Khader Center for Agricultural Training and Research:
This center was established by people of Zababdeh village to revive the memory of Naim Khader who was assassinated in June 1981 in front of his house in Brussels.

The center serves as an agricultural training and research hub. The center consists of a 27-room-hostel, meeting and training rooms and several playgrounds. The center was also considered to be part of Al-Quds University and has provided around 700 students grants for their MA studies in Rural Development and other specializations.

مركز الشهيد نعيم خضر للتدريب والبحوث الزراعية وهو مركز تم تأسيسه من قبل لجنة أصدقاء الشهيد نعيم خضر وهو ممثل منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية في بروكسل والذي اغتيل في الأول من حزيران سنة 1981 أمام منزله واحياءا لذكراه تم بناء المركز لخدمة أهالي الزبابدة والمنطقة في المجال الزراعي كون المنطقة ريفية وتهتم بالزراعية ويوجد بداخله نزل صغير يحتوي 27 غرفة مزدوجة وقاعة اجتماعات وساحات ملاعب وقاعات تدريب للمهندسين الزراعيين وسبق له أن كان فرعا لجامعة القدس ومنح (700) طالب وطالبة درجة الماجستير في التنمية الريفية وغيرها من التخصصات.
