The land of Palestine is a place of many prophets and saints, who have lived there, died there, or just passed through it, so it is no wonder that shrines, monuments and graves are found in every part of our country.  This is the case in the village of Jalboun, which features many ancient monuments whose existence dates back 200 years and more, including ancient caves, Sufi shrines and monuments.  There is one shrine inside the village’s borders in the principal cemetery, known as Sheikh “Ghoshom,” and another outside the village called the “Ajami” shrine.  These shrines were built for two holy men, Sheikh Abed and Sheikh Ahmed.

أرض فلسطين هي أرض الأنبياء و الأولياء و القديسين إذ عاش و مات ومر منها العديد منهم، فلا عجب من انتشار المقامات و المزارات في كل مدينة و قرية من بلادنا. كذلك هي قرية جلبون حيث تتميز بوجود العديد من الأثارات القديمة فيها حيث يعود وجودها الى 200 عام و أكثر فمنها الكهوف القديمة والمزارات الصوفية والمقامات إذ يوجد مقام واحد داخل حدود البلد في المقبرة القبلية، ويعرف بالشيخ”غُشُم” وآخر خارج البلد و يسمى مقام “العجمي”. أما المزارات فكانت لكل من الشيخ عبد و الشيخ أحمد.
