هو بناء حجري مساحته 16 مترا، يعود الى الحقبة العثمانية. يستلقي على تلة سميت باسمه شرقي برقين. يطل المزار على سهل مرج ابن عامر. و فيما يقابله من الجهة الأخرى مدينتي الناصرة و إم الفحم و الداخل الفلسطيني المحتل. يحد حديقة  المقام خندق اردني شيده الجيش الأردني عام 1967 كمركز عسكري للدفاع من الأراضي الفلسطينية من اعتداءات جيش الاحتلال الاسرائيلي. تعود تسمية المقام لشيخ يدعى سبع أو لعله لقب أطلق عليه لاعتزاله على قمة التلة للدلالة على شجاعته على العيش وحيدا بعيدا عن مجتمع القرية.

عام 2000 رمم المقام بالتعاون ما بين بلدية برقين و جمعية الروزنا للتراث المعماري لحماية المقام و إحيائه. كما و استخدمت المساحة المحاذية للمقام لإقامة حديقة عامة تخدم مواطني البلدة.

Location

This shrine “Maqam in Arabic”, covering an area of 16 meters, was built during the Ottoman era.  It is located east of Burqin, on top of a hill named for it, overlooking Marj Ibn Amer, Nazareth and Umm al-Fahem in the occupied territories of Palestine.

The shrine is bordered by a Jordanian trench built by the Jordanian army in 1967 as a military center to defend the Palestinian territories from the attacks of the Israeli occupation. The name of the Maqam goes back to a sheikh named Sebaa, or perhaps a nickname given to him for his retirement at the top of the hill to denote his courage to live alone, far from the village community.

 In 2020, the shrine was restored in cooperation between the Burqin Municipality and the Rozana Architectural Heritage Association to protect and revive the shrine. The area adjacent to the shrine was also used to establish a public garden serving the town’s citizens.
